If you are not satisfied with your purchase; please follow these steps for return:
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of post mark
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed with its original tags. Items that have been worn are not eligible for return or credit
- We do not refund shipping charges
- We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please email us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@KINGSOFCOLE.COM or call us at 800.725.0420. If we have the item in stock we will hold it for you until your return is received. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all the criteria for an acceptable return.
If you receive merchandise that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item either via E-mail or by phone. Please keep item in the original packaging in case of damage. We will e-mail you a FedEx label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available upon receipt as long as it has not been used, worn or washed. All tags must remain attached. If replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund.
